Orders that are delivered and accepted by the customer cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

WoodBuildPlan aims to provide the best service possible and follows a flexible cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled.

Orders placed for special promotions, limited offers, or seasonal events cannot be canceled once confirmed.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a refund (if applicable)

Product Expectations

Plants are natural products, and slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur.

If you feel the product received is not as described, please contact us within 24 hours. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.


Important Notes

  • Requests made after the stated timeframes may not be accepted
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe / WooPayments)
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
